Lorenzo Neal. Long time no anything. This is LaVon. You probably don't remember me but I went to church with you and hung out at your familys house all the time. Denise was my girl. Sorry to hear about what happened to her but she always had my heart. My mother use to sing Please be Patient with me. (hopefully that rings a bell) Just want to say man, you have been doin your thang with this football stuff. I am truly proud of you. Handle your business man. How is the family doing? Hey Shack, you've heard everyone say "I play football, I play basketball,I play Hockey, I play Golf, I play baseball" you've never heard anyone say " I play wrestling" Wrestling is a totally different soprt, it takes more focus, more concentration, it's one on one, you have no team to help you out, it's just you and the other guy. Wrestling definitely helped my football skills no doubt, as for wrestling you just have to get your mind right and kow that you are better than the other guys and you're going to win. You can't have any doubt or waiver. Thanks Shack hoipe that helps
